The Ultimate Summer Reading List (a challenge)

So because (between two jobs and this blog), I’m not busy enough, I’m starting a perennial reading challenge.  Buzzfeed has its Ultimate Summer Reading List of 100 beach reads.  I’ve read 34 of them, but will re-read everything (except for the ones I’ve read recently; links to reviews will be added as I go).  This won’t happen this summer but hopefully will happen by the end of the year.  By the end of next year at the latest.

  1. You’ve never read Jaws?!?

This is an ambitious list. Some of them are on my to-read list as well. There’s no way I can commit to reading all of them. No way.

        1. There are a bunch for me; I’m betting Jaws will be one. Also Psycho, The Exorcist, The Godfather, Election, Little Children, Fever Pitch (soccer to baseball, added a Stephen King cameo), Shawshank Redemption and Stand By Me (loved both novellas, just not as much as the movies)…so a small bunch, but still. :)

  2. Surprisingly I have read 28, and a couple are on my to read list. Wool is one I own and can’t wait to read.I really enjoyed the Night Circus and LOVED the Cuckoo’s Calling. The Sequel comes out this week. Can’t wait.
